My education has reinforced and revitalized the spiritual foundation set forth by my parents and grandparents. It has developed my understanding of the Orthodox Christian Church and the treasures it has to offer.
My studies at Holy Cross have provided me with proper skills to help others understand the Orthodox Christian faith. In particular, I have learned the importance of having both a personal relationship with Christ and participating in communal worship, which offers the transforming ability of the sacraments.
Being involved with Holy Cross has provided me with the opportunity to meet wonderful people who have significantly contributed to my spiritual growth. These relationships resemble the love that we have for each other and the willingness of the community to help each other personally spiritually develop. Within the community I have experienced the true love of Christ which is exemplified by our support for one another.
